Quality

ARIES, a.s., has been manufacturing medical compression products since 1998 and has placed the highest emphasis on quality from the very beginning. High quality and service are perceived in the company as a fundamental obligation towards customers and as a sign of professional expertise in a technically very demanding segment. ARIES manufactures its products with respect for the environment and prioritises sustainable manufacturing practices and reducing its carbon footprint.

Internally, we oversee the following areas:

MANUFACTURING – we use only high quality materials to ensure optimal support and comfort. Because we are committed to top quality, the materials we use are sourced only from European Union countries.

CONTROL – during the production process, continuous control is used after individual operations, the results of which are recorded in a unique numbered waybill that goes with the production batch to the dispatch warehouse.

QUALITY – our medical hems have proven functionality from ITC Zlín, the compatibility of the products for use on the skin is confirmed by ÖTI-INSTITUT FÜR ÖKOLOGIE Vienna and have been awarded the OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certificate.

COMPLAINTS are recorded in a central database by the customer ID number received with the claim, or by the customer’s address. All complaints are delivered to the production plant and defects are evaluated by the quality department and the company technologist according to the batch number. Complaints amount to a maximum of 0.15% of the production shipped per year and are mostly resolved by replacing the claimed product with a new one.

SERVICE – the company employs professionally trained representatives who are in direct contact with doctors, medical supply stores and often with end consumers. These representatives can be contacted with any questions, comments or suggestions.
